Ports Regulator speaks at ICS Luncheon
At an ICS Members luncheon held on the 29th October 2009 at the Royal Natal Yacht Club, guest speakr Riad Khan (CEO, Ports Regulator) gave a presentation about the Ports Regulator and an overview of the National Ports Act.
